Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on citi99. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false identities are strictly prohibited. If we detect that you have opened or are operating multiple accounts, we reserve the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately
• Void all bets and game results on duplicate accounts
• Confiscate any winnings and bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts
• Return only the original deposit amount (if any) to your verified primary account

You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account credentials. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned to the source and potential closure of your Account. 4.2 Requesting Withdrawals

If we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close your Account, and report the matter to relevant authorities if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

• All bets are final and cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed once they have been confirmed and accepted by our system

6.4 Voided Bets and Game Results

If a bet or game result is voided, the original stake will be returned to your Account balance, but no winnings will be paid.

If your Account is closed due to breach of terms, citi99 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, void all pending bets, and withhold any winnings. If your Account is closed for reasons not related to a breach of terms, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you subject to successful completion of verification procedures.

You may also choose to close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our customer support team. If you close your Account voluntarily, you will be able to withdraw your remaining balance subject to meeting all applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures.
